2. Products, Availability & Sale Price
All the items described in our e-store are intended for international sale to single consumers. Any product description’s page reports features and price of the item on sale. Shipping is calculated separately according to variables such as weight, type of service and destination country. Please note that occasionally items may not be in stock at the time of order due to a discrepancy in stock quantity. In this case, we will contact you regarding handling time. Standard handling times are 2-5 days for all products unless otherwise stated.
Transactions take place in US Dollars (USD). When paying with different currencies via Paypal, your bank or credit card issuer may charge you for exchange fees: check with your credit institution.
3. Privacy & Security
Arts & Crafts Korea considers your right to privacy as a matter of serious relevance. We do not sell, share, or in any way distribute the personal information of our customers such as name, address, credit card information, etc. to any other outside source. All information collected during the ordering process whether via e-mail, fax, or telephone is stored by us and solely used for future reference as well as to enhance services we provide.
4. Payments
We currently accept payment via Paypal and credit cards can be used on the Paypal website to complete your transaction. Customers are always kept informed about the status of their order(s). We also accept payment to our local bank for local deliveries. In this case, the exchange rate (from USD to KRW) used is the market average rate announced by Shinhan Bank.
5. Taxes & Custom Duties
Any import duties and taxes or additional charges required for customs clearance vary from country to country and must be borne by you. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for details. Additionally, when ordering from Arts & Crafts Korea, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We do not mark items as gifts.
6. Shipping, Insurance & Delivery
Shipping fees are not included in the sale price unless clearly specified. They are always calculated separately according to variables such as total weight, type of delivery and destination country. Payment for shipping is charged in advance and processed with your order. For further information about shipping and delivery times, please refer to our FAQ.
Please note that when you request an item for exchange (and it is confirmed), you will be responsible for the costs to send it back and for the replacement to be shipped out. Please refer to our FAQ for further details.
7. Force Majeure Events
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

– impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
– the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
