Boyun Butterfly Norigae (Indian Pink)

Description

Simple, yet elegant norigae with a pendant molded in the shape of a butterfly. Due to their tassels, norigaes like these are often called ‘octopus’ norigaes for their numerous ‘legs’! The thread used to make such high-quality norigaes are specially dyed artificial silk. Comes in an elegant hanji box and can be given as a wedding gift right away.

Originally hung in front of Hanboks, norigaes were considered one of the many precious decorative accessories owned by women. These days, norigaes are framed and used as wall accents.

Tip: When the tassels of a norigae are wrinkled or tangled, do not worry. Simply expose them to steam for a few seconds and they will become just like new.
