Covid-19 Shipping Announcement
Due to Covid-19, international shipping options are currently limited to only UPS and FedEx. The existing Korea Post Office shipping options below have not normalized, yet, and are currently unavailable on our website.
UPS and FedEx offer expedited shipping with a tracking number to most cities worldwide and our customers lately have been happy to receive their parcels within a matter of a few business days directly from South Korea!
However, please note that occasionally, we may contact you stating that a shipping surcharge has been incurred with your order. This is because UPS charges one for certain cities only when we register the specific address. In this case, we will get in touch with you immediately and also offer other options if available.

By default, all orders are shipped via Korea Post, the official local postal service.
We can also arrange UPS or FedEX for customers who require urgent delivery. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Tracking for Economy Airmail
Unlike Standard Airmail and Express Airmail, Economy Airmail does not come with FULL real-time tracking. It is a form of Registered Airmail where tracking is available only from (A) the point we hand over your parcel to Korea Post till (B) the point of dispatch by a local air carrier to your country. Once the parcel leaves Korea, it cannot be tracked real-time in full. However, the final delivery information is available (delivery successful/failed). Your country’s local postal service will deliver the parcel to you personally and not leave it at your door. If no one is present, your parcel will be kept at your local post office for up to 2 weeks. (So if you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, we recommend you call your local post office.)
Economy Airmail is a new shipping method we offer to allow our customers to order small, light-weight items at a relatively cheap cost whilst having the peace of mind that we have dispatched your order.
If you would like real-time tracking and are ordering bigger items, please use Standard or Express Airmail.
Time Frames
Please note that time frames above:
- Do not include holidays, weekends and non-business hours.
- They are guidelines and not guarantees as we are not in full control of your order once it leaves our hands.
- Big holidays such as Christmas or Korean Thanksgiving may result in big delays due to the local postal service being very busy on either or both ends (South Korea and your country.)
We highly recommend you order well in advance to ensure you receive your order by the time needed.

Handling Time
All orders require a handling time of 2-5 business days (though most orders do ship within 2-3 business days).
Occasionally there are products that require more time depending on stock availability. In such cases, we will have this noted on the product page or will contact you separately.
Costs
S&H costs will automatically be calculated in your cart when you choose the destination and shipping service. Costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
Please kindly understand we are unable to offer FREE shipping deals (Eg: Free shipping over $X) for international orders because Korea Post calculates shipping costs based on weight (and size) and costs can be very expensive.
Customs & Duties
Your order may or may not be charged import duties and taxes. These regulations vary widely depending on the country, so if you have any questions, we highly recommend you get in touch with your local customs office for more details.
We are not responsible for any fees levied by your local courier service or government.
